Job Summary:
The Safety Shoes Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting safety footwear products to businesses and individuals. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing product recommendations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
:-(A) Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and approach potential customers in industries requiring safety footwear (e.g., construction, manufacturing, logistics).
- Generate leads through cold calls, networking, and visits to job sites or corporate offices.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
:-(B) Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on safety footwear features, benefits, and compliance standards.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
:-(C) Product Knowledge & Consultation:
- Stay updated on industry safety standards and footwear technologies.
- Advise clients on the best footwear options based on their industry requirements.
- Assist with fitting and sizing to ensure comfort and compliance.
:-(D) Order Management & Reporting:
- Process sales orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
:-(E) Marketing & Brand Representation:
- Participate in safety expos, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales materials and campaigns.
- Promote brand reputation and uphold company values.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial products.

Preferred Experience:
- Background in B2B sales or experience selling to industrial clients.
