Job Summary:
The Sales Representatives will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting loan products, and building strong relationships with small business owners and individuals. The role involves meeting sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients who need microloans or financial services
- Educate clients on loan products, repayment terms, and financial management
- Assist clients with loan applications and ensure all required documents are submitted
- Conduct field visits to understand customer needs and offer suitable financial solutions
- Follow up on leads, maintain client records, and track loan applications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Collaborate with credit officers to assess the creditworthiness of applicants
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is an advantage
- 2 years experience in sales, banking, or microfinance
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and in the field
- Basic understanding of financial services and lending processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
