Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven salesperson to join our team at Msando HR Solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting our HR services, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and fostering relationships.
- Promote Msando HR Solutions’ services, including recruitment, HR audits, and termination consulting.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure client satisfaction and address any service-related concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven work experience as a salesperson, preferably in HR services or a similar industry.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Is an added advantage
- Understanding of HR practices and services is an added advantage.
- Other Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license (if applicable for fieldwork).
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings.
