Job Summary
The Operations Officer will responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and compliance with industry regulations. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to optimize business processes and drive operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily business operations, including procurement, inventory, and logistics
- Ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, customers, and other team members
- Monitor and optimize supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Work closely with finance and sales teams to align operations with business objectives
- Identify operational challenges and develop solutions to enhance productivity
- Maintain relationships with vendors, transporters, and regulatory agencies
- Prepare operational reports and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, or logistics (preferably in a trading or distribution company)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and business operations
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
