Job Summary
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager (Engineer) to oversee and manage road construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects within scope, time, and budget while ensuring quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage road construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee cost control and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Supervise and guide project teams to achieve project objectives
- Ensure quality assurance throughout all stages of the project
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading road construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management principles
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management ability
- Ability to make sound and timely decisions
- Competence in cost control and budget management
