HOTEL MANAGER

Job Description:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a mature, experienced and results driven Hotel Manager in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth functioning, high guest satisfaction, and efficient management of staff and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
• Supervise, train, and manage hotel staff.
• Monitor hotel budgets, expenses, and revenue to ensure profitability.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• From 3 years proven experience in hotel or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
