Regional Manager

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee and manage business operations within the Arusha region. The role involves driving sales growth, managing regional teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and preparing accurate management reports. The ideal candidate should be computer literate, analytically strong, and capable of translating regional performance into clear, actionable reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day trading operations within the assigned region
• Develop and implement regional sales and distribution strategies
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate regional staff performance
• Ensure achievement of sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability
• Monitor stock levels, distribution, and market coverage within the region
• Prepare and submit timely regional performance, sales, and expense reports
• Analyze regional data and provide insights to management for decision-making
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders
• Coordinate with head office on operations, logistics, and finance matters

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the trading industry
• Strong computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, email, and basic reporting tools)
• Proven experience in preparing management and performance reports
• Good understanding of sales operations, distribution, and inventory control
• Ability to analyze data and present clear reports to senior management
