Job Summary:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and associates. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming and organized office environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls appropriately
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
- Receive, register, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes where applicable
- Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication
- Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field
- 3 years proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
