Job Summary:
 
On behalf of our client, we are seeking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and associates. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming and organized office environment.

Requirements

 
Key Responsibilities:
  •  Receive and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  •  Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls appropriately
  •  Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
  •  Receive, register, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  •  Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements
  •  Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes where applicable
  •  Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  •  Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication
  •  Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors
Qualifications & Requirements:
  •  Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field
  •  3 years proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role is an added advantage
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  •  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  •  Professional appearance and positive attitude
  •  Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
