BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

On behalf of our company, we are looking for a business development officer who can drive business growth by identifying and converting high-potential loan opportunities, conduct comprehensive credit analysis,including client assessment,loan structuring and collateral evaluation in line with company policies.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business growth, drive business growth by identifying and converting high- potential loan opportunities.
2. Target achievement,achieve monthly targets while maintaing a 100% collection rate.
3. Credit analysis, conduct comprehensive credit analysis including clien assessment,loan structuring and collateral evaluation in line with company policies.
4. Proposal,prepare, review and submit complete and accurate credit proposal with supporting documentation to head office.
5. Portfolio managment,monitor and manage loan portfolio perfomance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure portfolio quality

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree in business,marketing, finance and economic or related field.
2. Atleast 3 years of experience in business development,sales  or relationship managment in financial institutions.
3. Strong knowledge of car loans or similar financial products.
4. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
