LOAN OFFICER

On behalf of our client, we are looking for loan officer to be a key player in their mission to deliver exceptional financial solutions.This role is pivotal in ensuring customers receive the best financial support tailored  to their needs,maintain high standards of service and contributing to the company's growth and success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain an active knowledge base of all of the Microfinance’s loan products and an understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant.
2. To build and maintain a substantial and high-quality loan portfolio.
3. To conduct members/customers recruitment and screening.
4. To orient clients to the particular loan products and services.
5. To analyze applicants’ financial status, credit and property evaluation and determine feasibility of granting loans. and ensuring loan repayments after disbursement.
6. Make a regular contact with the customers and clients in field.
7. To prepare and present loan report timely (Daily, Weekly and Monthly ).
8. Ensure Loan collection is done based on procedures and loan agreement.
9. Keep tracking of outstanding loans and ensure loan recovery is done based on policies and procedures.
10. Update account status and database regularly.
11. Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
12. Handle customers’ questions or complaints.
13. Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans as directed by your supervisor.
14. Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions.

       QUALIFICATIONS

1. Holder of University Degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, Finance or any other related field.
2. A t least two year experience in a similar position.
