CCTV SURVEILLANCE OPERATOR

To monitor CCTV surveillance systems, maintain security oversight and promptly report suspicious activities, security breaches or incidents to ensure the safety of employees, customers and Company property.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
• Identify and report suspicious activities, security threats and unusual incidents.
• Record and maintain accurate logs of incidents and observations.
• Retrieve and preserve CCTV footage when required and authorised.
• Immediately communicate security incidents to the Security Supervisor or relevant authority.
• Ensure CCTV equipment is operational and report technical faults promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and security information.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Studies or a related field.
• Basic computer literacy and knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems.
• High level of alertness, observation and attention to detail.
• Good communication and incident-reporting skills.
• Integrity, confidentiality and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good record-keeping and basic report-writing skills.
