STRATEGY MANAGER

On behalf of our client, we are seeking the Strategy Manager who will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of corporate strategy and business performance agenda. The role will translate a company's strategic ambitions into clear business plans, departmental KPIs, performance dashboards, strategic initiatives, and measurable financial and operational outcomes. The Strategy Manager will work closely with the CEO and senior management to ensure that the company's strategy is executed with discipline, speed, accountability, and commercial focus.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project management,  Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Strategic Management, or a related field. 
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business performance, finance, operations, logistics, or a similar environment. 
• Strong experience in business analysis and performance management. 
• Demonstrated experience working with senior management. 
• Professional qualifications such as MBA, ACCA/CIMA, CFA, PMP, or Business/Data Analytics certification are an advantage.
• Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills. 
• Financial modelling and business planning. 
• Advanced Excel and Power BI/Business Intelligence. 
• KPI development and project management
