EXPERIECES DEALER (Multiple Positions)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving Experienced Dealer to ensure seamless gaming table operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold absolute game integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and run designated table games efficiently while strictly following house rules and security protocols.
• Calculate payouts accurately and handle chips, cash, and equipment with precision and speed.
• Engage warmly with guests to create an inviting, entertaining, and high-energy professional atmosphere.
• Monitor guest play carefully for any irregularities, reporting suspicious activity promptly to supervisory staff.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully compliant gaming stations at all times.
• Inspect cards, dice, wheels, and other equipment continuously before and during games to guarantee fairness.
• Explain game mechanics, payout ratios, and house rules clearly to new or inquiring players.
• Verify table chip inventory during fills, credits, and shift changes alongside the floor supervisor.
• Diffuse tense or emotional customer situations at the table with composure and tact.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Dealer in a recognized casino or gaming setup.
• Excellent mental math skills and manual dexterity for rapid chip handling and payout calculations.
• Deep understanding of various table game rules, regulations, and security standards.
• Sharp attention to detail with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Arusha or Mwanza.
