STUDENT DEALER (TRAINEE)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving Student Dealer (Trainee) to join our structured gaming training program. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for enthusiastic individuals eager to launch a career in the casino and gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in comprehensive training sessions covering game rules, chip handling, and floor procedures.
• Master fast and accurate mental arithmetic and manual table manipulation techniques through daily drills.
• Practice live dealer scenarios under the direct guidance and supervision of senior staff.
• Learn internal compliance rules, guest interaction standards, and security protocols thoroughly.
• Assist senior gaming staff with table prep, chip arrangement, and general floor support during live shifts.
• Study and memorize varying table payout structures, card values, and game variations.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and well-groomed personal appearance in line with casino presentation standards.
• Receive and apply constructive feedback from supervisors to improve dealing mechanics and speed.
• Support the gaming team with routine table maintenance, card inspection, and chip count verifications.

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in progress or recently completed. 
• Strong passion for customer service and interest in the gaming/hospitality sector.
• Quick learner with strong basic math skills and good hand-eye coordination.
• Energetic, reliable, and adaptable to flexible working hours, including night shifts.
• Must be based in Arusha.
