Job Description
On behalf of our client we are hiring an office administrator who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by managing administrative activities, maintaining office records, coordinating communication, supporting staff, and providing excellent administrative services to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure the office runs efficiently.
- Receive visitors, answer telephone calls, and respond to emails professionally.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain management calendars.
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and maintain inventory levels.
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and meeting logistics when required.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and processing administrative invoices.
- Support HR activities such as maintaining employee records and coordinating onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and administrative procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Speak English fluently
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
