PROJECT MANAGER

On behalf of our client we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and deliverables.
•  Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure collaboration across departments.
•  Maintain transparent communication with clients, executives, and team members..
• Control project costs and ensure financial accountability.
• Ensure deliverables meet required standards and client expectations.
• Optimize use of human, financial, and technical resources.
• Track milestones and adjust plans to stay on schedule.
• Introduce best practices and enhance efficiency.
• Provide regular updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.

 Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in project management roles.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
•  Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and overcome challenges.
•  Skilled at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
•  Competence in analyzing data and KPIs.
• Flexibility to manage changing priorities and environments.
