SITE ENGENEER

On behalf of our client, we are looking a proactive site agent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They act as the link between the project manager, contractors, and workers.

• Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
• Manage site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct risk assessments.
•  Monitor workmanship and materials to meet standards.
• Prepare site reports, update project managers, and track milestones.
• Address site issues, delays, or technical challenges promptly.
• Assist in cost control and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience  in construction site management or supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and project scheduling software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
