Job Description
The HR Manager will lead the organization’s human resources function, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business objectives. This role requires a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing HR operations

Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth.
- Manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
- Promote a positive workplace culture, handle grievances, and strengthen employee engagement.
- Oversee appraisal systems, set KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify skill gaps and implement learning initiatives.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and reward systems.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies in line with best practices.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and ethical standards.
- Support succession planning, leadership development, and change management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years in HR management.
- 50+ years old
- Female professionals 50 aged are encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
