Job Description

The HR Manager will lead the organization’s human resources function, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business objectives. This role requires a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing HR operations

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth.
  • Manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture, handle grievances, and strengthen employee engagement.
  • Oversee appraisal systems, set KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement learning initiatives.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and reward systems.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies in line with best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Support succession planning, leadership development, and change management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years in HR management.
  • 50+ years old
  • Female professionals 50 aged are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
