Job Description
The Personal Assistant will provide direct administrative and organizational support to senior management and legal professionals. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and strong interpersonal skills to manage schedules, communications, and confidential information in a fast-paced legal environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for legal staff.
- Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of management.
- Preparing legal documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Organizing travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
- Maintaining filing systems and ensuring records are up to date.
- Assisting in project coordination and follow-ups on assigned tasks.
- Supporting internal communication between management, clients, and staff.
- Managing confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Coordinating office activities and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
- Performing any other duties assigned to support management effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-year experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role, preferably in the legal sector.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
