On behalf of our client, we are seeking a professional and presentable Administrator cum Receptionist to provide front office support and administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will manage reception duties, coordinate office administration, and support accounting tasks while ensuring a professional company image.

Responsibilities
- Handle front desk reception and customer inquiries
- Manage correspondence via phone, email, and in person
- Provide administrative support to management and staff
- Assist with basic accounting and record keeping
- Maintain office organization and documentation
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents
- Manage filing systems and ensure confidentiality of records
- Support procurement and office supply management
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and email
- Presentable, well‑dressed, and professional demeanor
