Job Description
On behalf of our company we are looking for restaurant maitre d so as to join the team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant, bar, coffee shop, and event operations
- Ensure exceptional guest service and personalized experiences for VIP and repeat guests
- Coordinate service teams for smooth operational flow
- Lead, train, and mentor restaurant and bar staff
- Conduct service briefings, coaching, and on-the-job training
- Drive upselling and revenue generation opportunities within F&B outlets
- Participate in stock takes, cost control, and operational planning
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance
- Support excellence in wine, coffee, and beverage service
- Coordinate and oversee MICE functions and special events
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior restaurant or F&B supervisory role
- Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, wines, coffee, and beverage service standards
- Proven leadership and team management ability
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
