Job Description

On behalf of our company we are looking for restaurant maitre d so as to join the team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant, bar, coffee shop, and event operations
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and personalized experiences for VIP and repeat guests
  • Coordinate service teams for smooth operational flow
  • Lead, train, and mentor restaurant and bar staff
  • Conduct service briefings, coaching, and on-the-job training
  • Drive upselling and revenue generation opportunities within F&B outlets
  • Participate in stock takes, cost control, and operational planning
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance
  • Support excellence in wine, coffee, and beverage service
  • Coordinate and oversee MICE functions and special events

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior restaurant or F&B supervisory role
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, wines, coffee, and beverage service standards
  • Proven leadership and team management ability
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
