Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support the HR department in recruitment, HR administration, and compliance-related activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, employee documentation, and basic legal aspects related to human resource management.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment process.
  • Support preparation and drafting of HR documents and HR reports.
  •  Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees including documentation and orientation arrangements.
  • Assist in ensuring proper filing and organization of HR and legal documents.
  • Support the HR team in compliance with Labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Assist in handling general HR administrative tasks and office coordination.
  • Provide support during interviews and recruitment assessments when required.

Qualifications:

  •    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Law
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Email communication)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced HR consulting environment
