On behalf of our client, we are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk activities, attending to guests, and ensuring a welcoming environment while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and welcome guests professionally
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer requests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain proper records and reception reports
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field
- Must have previous experience working in the hotel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Flexible and willing to work shifts when required
