HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Candidates with a background in the transport and logistics industry will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement employee training and career development programs.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support managers in feedback delivery.
• Handle employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Administer compensation structures and employee benefits programs.
• Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational regulations.
• Plan workforce needs and align staffing with business objectives.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Support management in strategic HR decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in HR management
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
