Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Candidates with a background in the transport and logistics industry will be strongly preferred.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement employee training and career development programs.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support managers in feedback delivery.
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Administer compensation structures and employee benefits programs.
- Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational regulations.
- Plan workforce needs and align staffing with business objectives.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Support management in strategic HR decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
