Mr. Msando, an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, is among the founders and partners of Msando HR Solutions. He brings his legal expertise to provide valuable guidance and support to organizations in managing their workforce effectively and ensuring legal compliance. He has handled a wide range of legal matters related to labor relations, employment contracts, discrimination, workplace safety, and employee benefits. He has successfully represented numerous clients in labor disputes and employment litigation cases. He has a strong track record of negotiating favorable settlements and advocating for his clients’ rights.
ACQUILINA GASPER MWARIA
Partner / HR Consultant
Ms. Mwania has extensive experience as a Legal Manager, Company Secretary, and Human Resources Manager, ensuring compliance with statutory and legal regulations. She is skilled in workplace contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Highly personable and well-versed in corporate, labor, and immigration laws and regulations.
MR. DAMAS NDALECHI
Partner / HR Consultant
A dynamic HR professional with a wealth of experience in career coaching, consultancy, and human resource management. He has worked as a Career Counseling Specialist at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Timor Leste, a Career Coach and Trainer at Launch Pad Tanzania Limited, and as an HR Consultant at Norwegian Church Aid Tanzania. Mr. Ndalechi holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Commerce and Management degree in Human Resources.
