Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Assistance
- Post job openings and coordinate application processes.
- Assist in shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Update and manage recruitment records and databases.
- Onboarding and Orientation
- Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate orientation sessions.
- Ensure new hires complete all necessary documentation.
- HR Operational Support
- Maintain and update employee files and HR documentation.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Support daily HR activities, such as responding to inquiries and assisting with employee programs.
- Employee Relations
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Support team-building and wellness initiatives.
- Policy Review and Compliance
- Help in reviewing and updating policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Diploma or a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR software tools.
- Attributes:
