Job Summary:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a solid HR background.

 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  •        Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  •        Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  •        Oversee employee relations and disciplinary processes
  •        Manage performance appraisal and staff development programs
  •        Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  •        Oversee payroll coordination and employee records
  •        Provide HR reports and support management decision-making
  •        Promote a positive work environment and organizational culture 

Qualifications:

  •        Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  •        Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in HR, with managerial experience
  •        Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  •        Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  •        Experience with HR systems and reporting
