Job Summary:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a solid HR background.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Oversee employee relations and disciplinary processes
- Manage performance appraisal and staff development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Oversee payroll coordination and employee records
- Provide HR reports and support management decision-making
- Promote a positive work environment and organizational culture
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in HR, with managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HR systems and reporting
